JavaScript Job: Principal Javascript Developers

SoCode are working on an exclusive basis with our client, a US Health Tech scale up looking to Land and Expand in the United Kingdom.

Our client are a mission led organisation – saving lives by making healthcare more accessible and cost effective through the use of their industry leading and modern video platform. Due to significant demand, we will be building a 20 strong team throughout 2023 based in and around the London, UK region (mainly remote)

As early hires we are looking for Senior and Principal Level Engineers only, with a high capability to work with autonomy, independently with a high degree of quality.

Working alongside global teams, the successful candidates will have demonstrable experience in the following key areas:

Key Technical Skills:

• Senior/Principal Level Experience (circa 10 years) as a Software Engineer building scalable Cloud Native Systems
• Strong Hands on experience with Databases (MySQL / PostgresSQL)
• TypeScript and Node.js (Expert Level) to build scalable backend systems and API’s with Nest.js/Fastify (Desirable)
• Web Socket & Unit / Integration Test Experience
• Knowledge of Git or other Version Control Systems

Rewards/Package:

The successful candidates will be rewarded with a market leading package with basic salaries on offer in the £80-140k range DOE along with a full benefits package and Unlimited Holiday Allowances.
